Contract Opportunity

The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) Reclamation has a need for portable restroom rental and maintenance services. This is for monthly rental and weekly maintenance over a five (5) year period for the Yakima Field Office in Yakima, WA 98901.

This acquisition is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. We anticipate issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) by July 16, 2025, but all dates in this notice are subject to change. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site.

This contract will be a firm-fixed price contract for the base year plus four option years to be exercised at the Government's discretion under the authority of FAR clause 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. There is a potential for another six-month extension under the authority of FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, to be exercised at the Government's discretion if deemed appropriate.

The anticipated date to issue the Request for Quote, 140R1725Q0051, (written) is approximately the third week of July 2025. The anticipated closing date is the first week of August. The anticipated award date is the fourth week of August. Prospective vendors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting a quote.

The initial period of performance (base year) shall be Award of Contract award date plus 12 months, with four (4) 1-year option years to renew. The anticipated period of performance is:
Base Year: 10/1/25 - 9/30/26
Option Year One: 10/1/26 - 9/30/27
Option Year Two: 10/1/27 - 9/30/28
Option Year Three: 10/1/28 - 9/30/29
Option Year Four: 10/1/29 - 9/30/30

This service will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.
