Description

This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Little Rock District's (SWL) intent to award a Firm-Fixed price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to Remsoft, Inc. for Remsoft PRISM Licenses and PRISM Application Support, as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106(b)(1)(i), soliciting from a single source for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
