The Health and Human Services Commission, for and on behalf ofits Health and Specialty Care System Division, is soliciting Competitive SealedProposals for selection of a General Contractor (“Contractor”) to providegeneral construction and construction administration services to the Owner for ProjectNo. 24-012-RSC, SH - Building 515 Courtyard Fencing and Expansion (the“Project”), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements setforth in this Solicitation.

This Solicitation is being issued to select a Contractor forthe Project as provided by Texas Government Code, Section 2155.144(b-2)and Chapter 2269, Subchapter D.

Project Summary: The Scope of Work includes, but is notlimited to, the following:

Existing patio anti-climb fencing to be installed with 1”chain-link at 10’ high and include two pedestrian gates at connecting concretewalks. Courtyard expansion to include perimeter anti-climb fencing, plantings,shade canopies, concrete walk connections, open playing field, basketballcourt, pedestrian gates, and maintenance access gates.

Project Estimate: The approximate cost for constructionof the Project is $548,910.00.

HHSC will conduct one (1) optional pre-proposal webinarthat will be held at the date and time described below. Attendance at thepre-proposal webinar is optional. Attendance atone (1) site visit is mandatory.
