The State of Texas, by and through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), on behalf of the Department of State Health Services (DSHS), is issuing this RFP to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to assist DSHS with service monitoring and guidance to improve the quality of medical and supportive services for People Living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) (PLWH) and the provision of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) health services throughout the 26 HIV Service Delivery Areas (HSDAs) in the State of Texas.
