This is a sources sought/ intent to award synopsis. The purpose of this is for market research purposes.
The US Air Force, Dover Air Force Base (DAFB), DE has been tasked to identify potential sources, market capabilities, and market conditions that have the capability to fulfill a requirement at DAFB.
The contractor will provide a software defined radio with DroneSentry-C2 integration capability High (1-2 km) & Low (4km+) RF Environment , XML based output used by TAK software, open source geospatial software, detecting RF Command and Control Signals, Custom Protocols, Remote ID and Drone ID Signals, Broadcasts and Video, and rechargeable battery.
The contractor will also provide a DroneGun with capabilities to hold/takedown/send back drones, with effective range up to 1km, 2.4GHz ISM, 5.2GHz ISM, GNSS, Galileo, NAVIC, QZSS, GLONASS, BeiDou effective frequencies, NATO standard military grade battery, 1 hour operating time, TAA and Berry Certification compliant. As well as a suitable repair and tool kit for DroneGun.
Please provide information if the NAICS/PSC is correct or if a different NAICS/PSC is a better fit. Please specify the different NAICS/PSC, if applicable, and explain why.
The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon the responses to this sources sought synopsis. The Government must determine and ensure there is adequate competition among the potential pool of interested, capable companies. All responses will be due by May 12, 2025 by 1:30 EST. Availability of Funds (Apr 1984)
Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
