In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.002(b)(2), this Sources Sought Notice is for market research and informational purposes only at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
This notice serves to survey the market to ascertain whether-or-not sources are capable of providing the requested supplies/services. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 is seeking sources for the following procurement: SURGICAL REPLACEMENT RMD for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. Please see attached Salient Characteristics for description and quantities for this sources sought notice. This notice allows potential contractors/vendors to submit a non-binding statement of interest and documentation demonstrating their capability.
This Sources Sought is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification(s) (Service Disabled/Veteran Owned Small Business (SD/VOSB), Hub zone, 8(a), small, small disadvantaged, woman owned small business, or large business) relative to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339112 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The proposed contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract.
