The City requires technical support for stormwater modeling, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and environmental permitting related to current and upcoming stormwater and stream restoration capital improvement projects and regulatory obligations under the City’s NPDES Phase II Western Washington Municipal Stormwater Permit. Consultants must be familiar with the City of Issaquah Stormwater Management Policy (IMC 13.28), the King County Surface Water Design Manual (KCSWDM), and any other adopted City stormwater and environmental policies and codes. - See attached RFQ documents for full details.
