The scope includes replacing approximately 32,000 sq. ft. of roofing across two PHR buildings, upgrading insulation to meet the current UT standards and energy codes, and improving drainage systems with added overflow capacity. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) modifications will address raised roof levels, including relocating ductwork, electrical conduits, and fire risers, and replacing outdated components. Additional enhancements include installing a permanent guardrail system and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
