USCG C5ISC Reverse Industry Day February 11, 2025 (virtual)

Join a virtual Reverse Industry Day (RID) with the USCG Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC) on 11 February 2025 from 1300-1700ET. We will discuss topics that emphasize the importance of early engagement with industry to improve the quality of our requirements and increase the efficiency of our acquisition process.

Panel Sessions: (subject to change)

Session I: Acquisition Planning – Early Industry Engagement/Program Management Office Access

Session II: Developing Clear and Achievable Requirements

Session III: Proposal Preparation

Session IV: FFP vs T&M contracts

Five to eight vendors will be selected as panel members to provide feedback on one or more session topics. An open Q&A period for all participants will follow each feedback session.

To participate as a panel member, indicate your interest on the registration form. Selected panel vendors will be notified via email and provided the topic questions in advance NLT 27 January 2025, therefore anyone who wants to be a panel member MUST register at the below link PRIOR to 17 January 2025.

To accommodate more companies and allow maximum Q&A time, attendance will be limited to 2 representatives per company.

Accepted registrations will receive a meeting invitation with a Microsoft Teams meeting link. Due to updated security policies, we no longer permit dial-in participation so all attendees must join via the Teams meeting link.
