Luseland Fire Hall Build

Seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to build a 100'x70'x20' (LxWxH) Fire Hall in the Town of Luseland. The Fire Hall will be located at 805 Pacific Ave (Lot-26 Blk-24), Luseland, Saskatchewan, a picture of the lot is attached.

The Building Committee has included the attached proposed drawing of the Fire Hall, and plan for it to be a forced air building. They are aware that some contractors may have their own plans/drawings and would be open to considering them as well. Preference would be for a contractor to complete site preparation through the build, but the Committee recognizes that some contractors may only complete the build itself. Contractors will be required to ensure that all Building Codes are abided by and all building permits through the Town of Luseland are in place.

Proposals must include:

- Contact Name and Address

- Breakdown of Project Costs

- Project Schedule, Including Dates of Key Stages

- Plan Drawings (if different than attached)

- Subcontractor Listing (if applicable)

- WCB Letter of Good Standing (Contractor is responsible for the WCB Premium)

- Proof of Course of Construction Insurance (or Builder's Risk Policy)

- Two References of Similar Projects

Any Proposals received after 4:00p.m. on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, will not be considered.

The Building Committee thanks you for your interest in this RFP. The Committee reserves the right to accept and/or reject any Proposal at their discretion, and the lowest Proposal will not necessarily be accepted. All Proposals submitted shall remain open to acceptance for thirty (30) days from the date of opening.
