Description

City of Prince George (the “City”) invites bids from qualified constractors who can demonstrate their experience, knowledge, and availability to modernize the fourteen (14) luxury suites and three (3) washrooms in celebration of the 30th Anniversary of the CN Centre. The scope of work will include but is not limited to updates to the lighting and controls, replacement of cabinetry, enhancement of ceiling structures and a fresh coat of paint throughout the suites and washrooms.

This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Bidders offering the lowest bid(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
