RFP Geotechnical and Environmental Services (Hall Manor Pool Complex)

Project Description: The City of Harrisburg is soliciting proposals from engineering and professional services firms to conduct geotechnical and environmental site reviews at Hall Manor Pool. Proposals will be accepted electronically on Pennbid.net until 11:00 p.m. prevailing time on the due date posted.
Importantly, attendance to the pre-RFP meeting for this project is mandatory for consideration of submitted proposals. The City will collect required forms during the award process. All hired contractors working in the city will be required to supply a completed vendor registration form, W9, certificate of liability insurance, conflict of interest form, good faith subcontractor form if subcontractors are proposed.
