Description
The City Schools of Decatur (¿CSD¿), the owner, is soliciting proposals from offerors experienced in providing Pre-Construction and Construction Phase (Construction Management) services.
The project includes the construction of an approximately 33,000 sq. ft. new facility to hold their Early Childhood Learning Center with a rooftop green and garden. Exterior site improvements include surface parking, pickup and drop-off, a dog park and green space, and necessary site utility and storm water improvements. The hard costs of the project, including the CM fee, should not exceed $23,000,000.
Construction Management at Risk Firms or Teams must include, at a minimum, Pre-Construction, Construction, and Close-out Phase services. The City Schools of Decatur has retained an A/E & Civil Engineering team
