Scope:
1. Isolate and drain glycol from loop-capture in containers.
2. Make repairs to leaking Victaulic couplings and piping.
3. Add (2) butterfly isolation valves on 2 nd floor.
4. Return glycol to system and purge out air.
5. Subcontract insulation company to reinsulate piping.
6. Test repairs and perform complete system checkout.
7. All work to be performed during normal working hours.
8. All labor to comply with MA prevailing wage law and per TRD01 specifications.
9. Any unforeseen deficiencies and or work outside of the scope described above will be addressed and once approved be billed on a time and material basis.
