1. Purpose: The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania- DGS/BOP is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB)6100065993 to meet the needs of PA Department of Revenue and the PA Lottery to satisfy a need for Standard 16” Playstations

2. Method of Award: It is the intent of the Commonwealth to make a single award of item(s) listed in the IFB to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The Commonwealth reserves the right to award by line item if it determines that it is in the best interest of the Commonwealth to do so.

Description: Lottery 16” Playstation Units

Unit Size: Playstation: 16” W x 18” D x 54” T

Playslip holder pockets: 1 ¼” deep with tension clips not less than 3 9/16” wide

Flat writing top with clear plastic/Plexiglas should cover a 7” x 16” area
(see artwork and image examples attached)

Graphic Sizes: 15.5” w x 3.61” t front header graphic
6.5” w x 19” t graphics area on each door

Graphics on each side of the play center

Material: Unit: Molded polyethylene

Playslip holders: Clear plastic/Plexi
Permanent, High tack material for graphics

Ink(s): Molded Unit: “Lottery Green” – PMS-354
Graphics: 4-Color process ink

Finishing/Other Details:

- 12 vertical pocket play slip holders
- ADA Compliant with sloped writing surface on base
- Double doors in the front under writing area, spring loaded; shelf inside the double doors 14” from bottom
- Flat top writing center that has clear plastic/Plexiglas cover over area where
graphics can be placed underneath.
- Permanent Graphics applied to multiple panels of unit (see template and image examples below)
- 2 Snap frames, side-by-side above play slip holders for changeable graphics

- No substitutions

Added Accessories:

One removable black plastic trash can measuring 4.5” wide x 9” deep x 16” tall for each playstation unit (400 total)

Artwork:

Will supply artwork in zipped folder containing application graphics to awarded vendor; Available when Purchase Order is completed

Proofs: No Proof Requested

Packaging:

Packaging and labeling to follow standards established in "Supplier Shipping & Receiving Guidelines". Maximum weight of each package not on a skid cannot exceed 50lbs. Label all boxed materials with quantity and description.

Delivery:

Items must be delivered within 40 business days proof being approved. The 40-business day turnaround time is not inclusive of the proof, which the Lottery will approve within 2 business days of receiving. Per Commonwealth Purchasing Guidelines the awarded Supplier shall provide this proof to the Agency within 7 working days of receipt of all necessary artwork or issue of the Purchase Order, whichever is later. (please note: no proof is requested this time)
