The District Board of Trustees of Valencia College, Florida (“College”) is accepting bids from Valencia’s Annual Prequalified pool of General Contractors for the period of July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025
Only Pre-qualified Contractors with a single project certification of over $225,000 are eligible to bid.
The project will consist of installing sprinklers that comply with NFPA 13 in the Black Box Theater on Valencia College`s East Campus located at 701 N. Econlockhatchee Trail, Orlando, FL 32835.
The College encourages the General Contractors to hire licensed certified sprinkler contractors and sub-contractors in accordance with NFPA 13 and drawings provided in this solicitation.
The Mandatory site visit will be held at Valencia College`s East Campus Contractors will meet in the lobby of the East Campus Performing Arts Center (PAC Building) at 701 N Econlockhatchee Trail, Orlando, FL 32825.
