NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract SECONDARY PHARMACEUTICALS 25-079-DCC on or before July 28, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at henry.kocker@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed, and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage Care Center (“County) is seeking qualified bidders to supply Secondary Wholesale Pharmaceuticals on an ongoing basis. The DuPage Care Center is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility operating a closed-door pharmacy. Pharmaceuticals shall be shipped F.O.B. Destination to DuPage Care Center – Pharmacy at 400 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187. Bidders shall be responsible for all costs associated with transportation, unloading, and inside delivery. Provide a truck with lift gate or an acceptable unloading method as there is no loading dock available at the Care Center.
