The County of Marquette, acting in its capacity as the CDBG Grant Administrator, is seeking a Michigan Licensed Contractor and Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Program (RRP) certified firm with at least one Lead Abatement Supervisor for the rehabilitation of a single family residential home located at 2206 Wilkinson Ave, Marquette, MI 49855. The proposal should provide a straightforward, complete and concise description of your company’s capabilities to satisfy the requirements of the RFP.
