This is a hybrid Personal and Non-Personal Services contract. Contractor shall provide the following support: Clinical Pharmacist (1 FTE), Medical Clerk (1 FTE), Integrated Medicine Physician (1 FTE), Pain Nurse (2 FTEs), Pain Physician (1 FTE), Sr. Program Manager (1 FTE), Integrative Medicine Nurse (RN), Tele-Pain Nurse (1 FTE), and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (1 FTE). These Direct Health Care Providers shall support the National Capital Region Pain Initiative at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Bethesda, MD.
