Description

Liquid Urethane Rubber Mix 50, V-Polymer, 55 gallon drum units, Part A and Part B for casting concrete with 1-to-1 by volume mix ratios. Mix does not require vacuum degassing and will cure with negligible shrinkage to a durable rubber that will last in production. Mold Rubber works especially well for casting pigmented/colored concrete. Molds rendered with this product will render accurate and uniform colored castings. Technical Data: Mix Ratio By Volume: 1A:1B; Mix Ratio By Weight: 1A:1B; Pot Life: 60�minutes; Cure Time: 16�hours; Shore Hardness: 50�A; Specific Gravity: 1.04�g/cc; Specific Volume: 26.7�cu. in./lb.; Color: Off-White; Tensile Strength: 588�psi; 100% Modulus: 215�psi; Elongation @ Break: 400�%; Die C Tear Strength: 102�pli; Shrinkage: less than .001�in. / in.; Mixed Viscosity: 2,000�cps.
