Sealed bids will be received by the City of Fairburn, Fairburn, Georgia, at the City Administration Building, 314 NW Broad Street, Fairburn, Georgia 30213 until 2:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, July 16th, 2025, for: IFB- Duncan Park Road and Virlyn B. Smith Road This project consists of a total of 0.73 miles of new location roadway to access Duncan Park from Virlyn B. Smith Road. Questions of a technical nature should be submitted in writing to the City of Fairburn via electronic mail, to the procurement inbox: purchasing@fairburn.com. The last day that questions can be submitted is July 2nd, 2025, at 5pm. All questions MUST be in writing (e-mail) purchasing@fairburn.com, no questions will be answered verbally. Bids received after the stated time will not be accepted. At 2:00 p.m. local time on the above date, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be modified, withdrawn, or canceled for a period of 60 days after the time designated for receipt of Bids or until notified by Owner, whichever is sooner.
