Project Description: Scope of Work: The current 20-inch water main is undersized for current water demand and needs to be increased to support system's operations. The project entails tie-in and installation of a 30-inch PVC watermain at 5th Street from Gila Street to Redondo Center Dr that includes removal of asphalt, asphalt paving, curb & gutter, removal and installation of watermains in various diameters, installation of watermain fittings & couplings and other items required for this work as shown in the construction plans. The project also entails jack and bore under UPRR right of way, 48"steel casing pipe, stainless steel casing spacers and steel casing end seals.
