Lost and Found Services (Personal Services)

The Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) seeks proposals from qualified service providers to offer comprehensive lost and found services including the collection, recording, storage and otherwise management of any lost, misplaced or abandoned personal items found on the Los Angeles International Airport’s premises (“Lost and Found Property”). The goal is to provide efficient and effective management processes for recording, storing, and returning or dispositioning of Lost and Found Property, and ensuring a seamless experience for passengers and staff. The estimated budget for this project is $1,000,000.00. The expected contract duration is a three-year (3) term. Please also check the “Public Notices” tab regularly for any updates or addenda to the RFP. We highly recommend attending the pre-proposal meeting, even though it is not mandatory.
