Description
This procurement is to secure a General Contractor for the Balwin/Belvedere Open Spaces Revitalization - Balwin Park. The work includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of an existing playground (playground equipment supplied and installed by others), construction of new hard surfaces including new asphalt walking trail, concrete plazas, pour in place rubber surfacing, site furniture, shelter structure, tree planting and soft landscaping.
