Brownsville Comprehensive Plan

Project Description: The City of Brownsville seeks to develop a new Comprehensive Plan that will serve as a long-range policy guide for future growth, development, investment, and community priorities. The plan is intended to build upon existing City planning efforts, reflect current conditions and community needs, and establish a coordinated framework for decision-making over the next twenty years.
The Comprehensive Plan is expected to help the City align land use, mobility, housing, economic development, infrastructure, resiliency, public investment, and quality-of-life priorities into a clear and implementable planning document. The City desires a plan that is practical, community-informed, data-driven, and capable of guiding future policy, capital planning, and development-related decisions.
