Landfill Cell #6 Construction & Associated Improvements

Project Description: It is the intent of the City of Brownsville, Texas to solicit sealed competitive bids for the City of Brownsville Landfill Cell 6 and Associated Site Improvements Construction. The project consists of landfill infrastructure improvements, including excavation, structural fill placement, compacted cohesive soil barrier layer placement, underdrain and leachate collection system installation, protective soil layer placement, manhole, concrete headwall and forcemain construction, and other associated site improvements at the City of Brownsville Landfill.
