Project Description: The Land Bank of Kansas City, Missouri (Land Bank) has an abatement program that hires contractors to abate City ordinance violations on Land Bank and Kansas City, Missouri Homesteading Authority (KCMHA) properties, within its’ City limits and only within the County of Jackson. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for regular on-call abatement and maintenance services.
