Project Description: The purpose of this pre-qualification process is to secure a list of pre-qualified contractors to provide abatement services, including but not limited to mowing, removal of items, and trash disposal on an as-needed basis. The exact scope and frequency of services will vary based on demand and the specific needs of each property. Only contractors that are pre-qualified by the Owner will be invited to submit a quote on the project(s).
The City seeks a contractor to provide:
• Mowing services for properties not maintained by the property owner following the issuance of a default judgment.
• Removal and inventory of all trash, debris, and tangible property as directed by the Code Enforcement Division.
• Storage of tangible property for up to thirty (30) days.
