NOTICE OF PLANNED FINAL ACTION FOR CONDEMNATION


Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 8.25.290 of the Revised Code of Washington, the Spokane Valley City Council will hold a meeting on August 11, 2026 at 6:00p.m. at 10210 E Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley WA to consider an ordinance authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to file a condemnation action to acquire land, rights-of-way, and easements relating to the 0329 South Barker Rd Corridor Project.  A draft of the proposed ordinance is posted at https://www.spokanevalleywa.gov/359/Public-Notices . The ownership and tax parcel numbers of the property affected by this proposed final action for condemnation are as follows:
