The Waterbury Development Corporation, acting on the City’s behalf, is seeking proposals from qualified third parties for certain interim environmental remediation at 000 West Main Street and 130 Freight Street. The Project is funded in whole or in part with trust funds from the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and grant from Naugatuck Valley of Council of Governments.
