SALE OF TRACTOR

Notice is hereby given that the Commission of Limestone County, Alabama will receive
competitive bids on the following item:

SALE OF (1) 2016 CaseIH 100C Tractor with L630 Loader.

ATTENTION: This item is sold AS IS. It sustained damage as described on the Equipment Bid
Sheet.

F.OB.: Origin. Terms: ON RECEIPT

You are invited to bid on the attached Tractor.
Bidder must make any necessary shipping or transportation arrangements; to be paid by bidder.

Bids will be opened on Wednesday, the 29" day of April 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Limestone
County Commission Office at 310 W Washington St., Athens, AL 35611 and awarded on Monday,
the 4 day of May 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

All bids must be sealed, and the word "BID," name of item, proposal number, and opening
date must be marked on the outside of the envelope. Bidders shall use the "EQUIPMENT BID
SHEET" to submit bids.

This bid will be awarded to the highest bidder for the tractor. Limestone County reserves the
right to reject any bid for any reason including not meeting reserve.

Item Specifications: 2016 CaselH 100C Tractor with L360 Loader, Serial# ZGLF50744, 1654
Hours.

Damage: Tractor was struck by vehicle while parked, damage to cab and left rear fender, most
glass on cab is shattered. Other undiscovered damage may have been sustained.

Tractor is available for viewing at 24795 Pepper Road, Athens. AL 35613 from 7:00 am to 3:00
pm April 15", 2026, to April 28", 2026. Contact Adam Harper (256-232-2964) to schedule
viewing.

This bid will be awarded to the highest bidder for the tractor. Limestone County reserves the right
to reject any bid for any reason including not meeting reserve.
