Project Description: Installation of approximately 380 LF of 12” DIP water main and approximately 775 LF of 20” HDPE water main from Lehigh Drive, Lehighton Borough, across the Lehigh River, and connecting to existing water main near Bridge Street, Weissport Borough. The 12” DIP is to be installed via open excavation and includes 65 LF of water main crossing a levee. The 20” HDPE is to be installed via horizontal direction drilling. Project also includes water appurtenances, easement clearing, and abandonment of existing 6” water main.
