This solicitation is issued as a total small business set-aside for provision of Safety Glasses to Watervliet Arsenal and Benet Laboratories employees for a base plus two option years to include two visits for fittings (two hours per visit) monthly throughout the period of performance.

This will be a firm fixed-price contract.
Service Contract Labor Standards do not apply.
