Project Description: The purpose of this project is to provide engineering services for the development of construction plans and specifications for small- and medium-sized water and wastewater main renewal and system improvement projects at various locations throughout the City of Dallas. Services may include preliminary investigations and design reports, surveying and base mapping, right-of-way acquisition documents, pipe sizing and material selection, horizontal and vertical alignment, general contract services, and compliance with Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) Drinking Water and Clean Water State Revolving Fund program requirements.
