MDOT SHA Chestertown (rural Eastern Shore) is requesting invitations to bid on cleaning twice per week. The 2 days a week on Mondays and Thursdays (1 supervisor and 1 cleaning specialist will be required to work each shift and work a minimum of 4 hours each). SHA shall provide all cleaning supplies from BISM (Blind Industries and Services of Maryland) for use by contractor at this facility. These are supplies like disinfectants and cleaners, surface cleaners, deodorizers, neutral cleaners, floor strippers, floor finishes, gloves, hand soap, hand sanitizer, can liners, brooms, mops, buffer pads, cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. The contractor shall furnish commercial grade equipment, gear, and supplies not provided by SHA via BISM (Blind Industries and Services of Maryland) necessary to perform the specified work, such as vacuum cleaners, buckets, brushes, etc.
Travel will not be reimbursed under this IFB. Invoice monthly. SHA can pay by creditcard if you don't charge processing fees. Otherwise, the default payment is check by mail in ~14 days after invocie. Free ACH transfer (direct deposit) available.
