Sealed bids are invited for the construction of Leesburg RC â Vault & Latrine Modernization, PC: 123-18369-022, at Leesburg, VA. The project is generally described as the renovation of the Vault and Latrine spaces, including new partitions, finishes, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems. The facility will be unoccupied during construction. The facility will be unoccupied from September 1, 2026, through September 1, 2027. The construction contract shall be executed by September 30, 2026. The deadline for submitting bids is 10:00 am sharp, as determined by the Bid Officer, on September 2, 2026. The bids will be opened publicly and read aloud beginning at 10:00 am, on September 3, 2026, at Building 561, Fort Pickett, Blackstone, VA 23824. BIDS SHALL BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH eVA. Bids submitted outside of the eVA system, such as via e-mail, mail, or fax WILL NOT be accepted. Bids will be received until the closing date and time listed above.
