Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source for commercial service prepared in accordance with part 12; competition is restricted in accordance with 41 USC 1901. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. This acquisition is set-aside for small business (NAICS: 712120). The government intends to solicit a quotation on a sole-source basis from Far Western Anthropological Research Group, Inc. due to reports already completed by this organization, thereby saving the government duplicative costs. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
