RFP #26-378, Stormwater Construction Services
Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Stormwater Construction Services . Please refer to RFP #26-378 when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on January 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST . Register with the buyer, Brian Stieg at bstieg@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 220 285 891# and you will be conferenced in.
Due Date:  February 10, 2026, by 3:00 PM EST. Proposals shall be submitted electronically through Open Gov.
