| Synopsis | The County is seeking qualified contractor(s) to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, supplies and materials necessary to perform comprehensive custodial (janitorial) services for Arlington County government-owned and operated facilities. Services shall include, but are not limited to, routine cleaning, trash and recycling removal, restroom sanitation, floor maintenance, high-and low-dusting, and periodic deep cleaning as outlined in the specifications. Two service levels are included in this contract: (1) Full Service and (2) Reduced Services. |
