Project Description: The City of Tempe (City) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a flushing assistance program solution which will address the ongoing water quality concerns in designated, or ‘to-be’ designated neighborhoods. This effort will help enhance the overall performance and reliability of the City’s water distribution system. The flushing program will focus on water main flushing of 6” to 12” in diameter.
