Bid - Library Restroom Remodel

Description of Work:  Demolition of men’s and women’s restrooms, saw cut floor and move existing plumbing to construct 4 single use restrooms, move existing electrical wiring for new layout of restrooms, move and or add additional HVAC duct work and venting duct work, remove existing exterior window and fill in with brick, tile floor and walls and install carpet as needed.  Construction areas are to be tented to control transfer of dust from demolition and construction.   Full scope of work will be discussed, and blueprints handed out, at a mandatory pre-bid meeting.

Receipt of Bids:  Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Library Restroom Remodel.”  Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Recorder at 20 North Main Street, Brigham City Utah until 2:00 p.m. on January 21, 2025. No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted.

Location of Work:  26 East Forest Street, Brigham City, Utah.

Completion of Work:  To be discussed at mandatory pre-bid meeting.

Bidder Instructions:  Bidders MUST attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting to be held on January 6, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. at the Library, 26 East Forest Street, Brigham Utah.
