BHS CCS Ancillary Services Open Enrollment EOI

Project Description: The Milwaukee County Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Comprehensive Community Service (CCS) is issuing this Expression of Interest (EOI) to seek information from community providers interested in providing ancillary services within the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program for youth and/or adults. This Expression of Interest (EOI) applies to all community agencies, organizations, and interested parties. CCS Leadership will use the information generated by this EOI to identify potential community agencies, organizations, and interested parties to expand the CCS Network in the desired service areas.
Note: CURRENT providers who simply want to continue their existing services in 2026 should not use this EOI process.
Specific services listed are open to NEW providers, as well as CURRENT providers that want to expand their services (i.e., add a new code to their contract) in 2026. In addition, ALL services are open to providers who can serve any of several targeted participant groups.
