Project Description: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Brooklyn Special Service District / Jones & DeMille Engineering, Inc., 1535 South 100 West, Richfield, Utah 84701. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can also be found at Contractor Portal (https://contractors.jonesanddemille.com/).
Questions: Questions are due in writing to Koy Barton, Project Engineer, at koy.b@jonesanddemille.com on or before Friday, August 14, 2026, at 12:00 pm local time.
Submission: Proposals for the Construction of the Project will consist of two parts: Part 1, Project Approach and Contractor Qualifications; Part 2, Cost Proposal. Part 1 will be received electronically at koy.b@jonesandemille.com until Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at 5:00 pm local time. Part 2 will be received electronically at koy.b@jonesanddemille.com until Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 11:00 am local time.
Mandatory Pre-bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 3:00 pm local time at Jones & DeMille Engineering, 1535 S 100 W, Richfield, UT 84701.
