Project Description: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Sevier County
Questions: Questions are due in writing to Lyndon Friant, Project Manager, at l.friant@jonesanddemille.com on or before 5:00pm on Monday, August 17, 2026 with a courtesy copy (cc) to cheryl.b@jonesanddemille.com.
Submission: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Jones & DeMille Engineering, Inc. located at 1535 S 100 W Richfield, UT 84701, until Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 1:00pm local time.
Pre-bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 2:00pm local time at Jones & DeMille Engineering, 1535 S 100 W Richfield, UT 84701. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
