Bidders proposing an Equivalent or a Substitute Product must indicate the brand name and model and/or Part Number and the NCAGE they are offering.

Canadian-based Offerors must submit Firm Pricing including Canadian customs duties, and excise

taxes in Canadian dollars. Applicable Taxes excluded.

Foreign-based Offerors must submit Firm Pricing, Canadian customs, duties, excise taxes and

Applicable Taxes excluded. Canadian customs duties and excise taxes payable by Canada will be

added, for evaluation purposes only, to the prices submitted by foreign-based bidders. Offers

submitted in foreign currency will be converted to Canadian currency for evaluation purposes.

Canada will apply the rate given by the Bank of Canada in effect on the solicitation of offers closing

date as a conversion factor to the Offers submitted in foreign currency        .

The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

A contracting officer can use limited tendering for specific reasons outlined in the applicable trade agreements. The reason for this contract is described below:
