Description

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), Atlantic Region, intends to establish a Regional Master Supply Arrangement for the provision of miscellaneous building materials and supplies on an “as and when requested” basis for use by various Federal Government Departments and Agencies located in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador and Prince Edward Island. Under this arrangement, suppliers will be expected to maintain a comprehensive inventory of building supplies and materials, demonstrate reliable distribution capabilities to meet urgent requirements, and uphold consistent quality standards. The purpose of this procurement strategy is to ensure the availability of building supplies and materials, enabling efficient support for diverse government operations throughout the Atlantic Region. The period of this Regional Master Supply Arrangement will be from date of issuance for 5 years. Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the offer solicitation. Offerors should make the request to the Supply Arrangement Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful.
