Work includes data analysis, field ratings following established protocols, stakeholder coordination, orchard design, propagation support, and annual travel to project sites. Contractor personnel must possess scientific expertise in plant pathology, genetics, physiology, restoration ecology, and manuscript development. Deliverables include manuscripts, monitoring data, progress summaries, and coordination outputs aligned with milestone deadlines.
