Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to perform rail track construction of the inbound, outbound and transload yard tracks for the Canxport project on Ridley Island and, if an option is exercised, to perform rail track construction of the intermodal yard tracks for the Canxport project.
