THIS IS A FIRM FIXED PRICE SUPPLY TYPE CONTRACT
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound will be soliciting in support of Military Sealift Command (MSC), is negotiating for a firm fixed price supply type contract to for OEM LIQUID CHILLER UNIT PARTS with only one source, LAKE SHORE SYSTEMS, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) on a sole source basis.
