Pad-Mounted, Liquid-Filled, Medium-Voltage Transformers

The Town of Leesburg is accepting bids to furnish labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to design, manufacture, test and deliver liquid-filled, pad-mount transformers for power distribution systems.

A virtual (remote) non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 9:00AM (local time).  It is strongly recommended that all bidders attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the project.  The pre-bid meeting portion will be livestreamed via Microsoft Teams and made available to the public.
